Town Centre 4 - Jonson & Lawson Streets Here you can see the Clock Tower on the corner of Jonson and Byron Streets. Three pubs have stood on the eastern side of Jonson Street. The first two burned to the ground, in 1897 and then 1936, while today's Great Northern Hotel was erected on the site of its architectural ancestors close to its original spot.
